Five Skilled, Creative Professionals Join Fast-Growing Company
Nashville, Tenn., October 1, 2019 – Evolution Event Solutions (EES), a strategic meeting management and special event production company serving domestic and international corporations and non-profit entities, announced that Lindsay Beacco, Sarah Kelley Freeman, Ashley Moore, Vilma Salinas and Kathryn Tuck will join the EES team.
Collectively, they bring over 60 years of experience to EES, where they will enhance the company’s ability to stage unforgettable events and deliver exceptional service.

Beacco joins the EES team as Operations Manager. She has 13 years of experience planning and developing events in the higher education, non-profit and healthcare industries. Beacco graduated from Westminster College in Salt Lake City, UT with a Bachelor of Science in business.
Freeman joins the EES team as Director of Sales. She has six years of experience working with clients such as ESPN, Dollar General, Jackson National and LG. Freeman serves on the Board of Directors for Meeting Planners International, volunteers for the Association of Destination Management Executives International, and has been nominated for “40 Under 40,” “Nashville Emerging Leaders,” and “Best of Nashville” 2019.
Moore joins the team as the company’s Controller. She graduated from the University of Southern California with a bachelor’s degree in business administration. Her previous experience includes roles in the fields of commercial real estate management, landscaping, construction and tax accounting.
Salinas joins EES as Director of Events and Operations. In her 20-year career, Salinas has worked on a myriad of events in production, brand management, marketing, sales, and more. Since moving to Nashville in 2005, she has helped stage some of the city’s biggest events, including New Year’s Eve Bash on Broadway and the CMA Music Fest.
Tuck is the new Operations Specialist at EES. A 12-year veteran in event and meeting planning, Tuck has experience in both non-profit and for-profit organizations, supporting domestic and international operations, planning and conference management. In 2016, Tuck was named one of Nashville’s “Top 30 Under 30” by the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation.
Recently, EES appeared for a second consecutive year on the Inc. 5000, a prestigious ranking of the nation’s fastest-growing private companies. EES also made the 12th annual ranking of the Women Presidents’ Organization’s 50 Fastest-Growing Women-Owned/Led Companies.
