the challenge
Given a tight deadline, our client approached us with a unique challenge: to fully immerse a team of meeting planners in Hilton’s exceptional hotel brands, all within the confines of the meeting room. Our objective was to captivate the attendees, allowing them to effortlessly absorb crucial information while simultaneously providing an unparalleled experience that transcends the conventional meeting setting.
THE SUCCESSFUL EVENT
EES brought a fresh perspective to showcase the Hilton Brands, offering unique and innovative ideas. They aimed to create a customized experience for each Hilton Brand, such as Embassy Suites (“Sweets”) and Curio/Canopy (a luxurious hotel designed for Millennials with a cool and earthy vibe). We took these experiences to the next level by incorporating custom builds, like an ice cream cart and ice cream cone for their ice cream bar station, a cabana featuring salad cones, and a cozy living room setup with bookcases holding delightful appetizers.
