Falon Veit Scott, CMM, MBA, founder and Chief Executive Officer of EES Agency, a global meeting management and special event production company, has claimed Nashville, TN as home since 2003. With decades of event experience, Scott has mastered the music industry and non profit and corporate sectors both domestically and internationally. In 2012, Scott stepped out on her own and began the EES Agency. Now with 30 employees and growing, EES was awarded one of 2024 “Best Places to Work in Middle Tennessee” and Scott continues to build a training ground for event logistic + creative experts through leadership development and corporate culture + burnout research.

Committed to the local community, Scott is actively involved in the Nashville Area Chamber of Commerce, TedX Nashville, Rotary International, Entrepreneur’s Organization and Saddle Up!. Scott has been recognized as one of Nashville’s Most Admired CEO’s, Women of Influence and listed on the Forbes Next 1000. Scott earned her Bachelor’s of Science degree in Public Relations at Appalachian State University and Masters of Business Administration at Vanderbilt University.
